Introduction to two power options, 100W and 300W, for underwater LED lights with a depth of 6000 meters in deep-sea lighting

The underwater LED lights developed by Shanghai Weihai Marine Technology Co., Ltd. are mainly used for deep-sea lighting, suitable for water depths of 0-6000 meters, with two power options of 100W and 300W, adjustable or non adjustable.

The 300W underwater lighting lamp adopts a high-voltage wide range power supply design, mainly considering that the ROV system can easily obtain high voltage by rectifying the underwater power supply through a transformer. Currently, the voltage is generally around 120VDC, and this LED lamp is designed for a wide range input of 75-200VDC, which can be applied to various high-power underwater work platforms and has stronger adaptability to power supply. The luminous wick adopts a COB structure independently designed and produced by SMT, with a high comprehensive luminous efficiency of 95-115lumens/1W. Due to the compact underwater structure, the power upper limit is limited in the design of the driving circuit, which is below 300W and the brightness is not less than 26000lumens. The main considerations are wick heat dissipation and aging life. The transparent window adopts sapphire glass with a transmittance of over 85%, supports 0-5VDC voltage dimming, and has a 3-wire interface. The color temperature varies from 5500 to 6000k depending on brightness, with white light. The underwater light field angle is about 100 degrees, mainly used for large-scale underwater lighting, with a long exploration distance, providing a bright lighting environment for underwater high-definition video shooting, and improving the success rate and quality of underwater high-definition video shooting.
